• Service: CreatorDash platform and services
• User: Any person using CreatorDash
• Account: Registered user profile
• Content: Data, analytics, and information displayed

You must be at least 13 years old to use CreatorDash. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Notify us of unauthorized access

CreatorDash provides:

• Revenue analytics
• Social media analytics
• Dashboard visualization
• Data syncing
• Reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify features at any time.

• Paid plans are billed monthly
• Payments processed via Dodo Payments (a registered payment service provider)
• Payment receipts and invoices are issued by Dodo Payments on behalf of CreatorDash
• Subscriptions auto-renew
• You may cancel anytime from your billing settings

• All subscription payments are non-refundable
• When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again after that
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time
• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases (e.g. duplicate charges or verified system failures) — see our full Refund Policy

You agree not to:

• Abuse APIs
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer services
• Use service for illegal activities
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Scrape data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant CreatorDash permission to process data solely to provide services.

All branding, software, and design elements of CreatorDash are the intellectual property of the individual operating CreatorDash. CreatorDash is operated by an individual and is not a registered company or corporation. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

CreatorDash shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Revenue loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Abuse
• Illegal activities
• Security threats

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@creatordash.in. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
