Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to CreatorDash are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any payments made, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
• When you cancel, your plan remains fully active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after that date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error.
• A verified technical failure that prevented access to the service for an extended period and was not resolved.

To raise an exceptional refund request, email us at info@creatordash.in with your account email and payment details. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.

Any approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments and issued to the original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
